The cultivation process of the Best Pineapple in the World is developed into three distinct phases. Initially, we have the “Toca”-bulbs from plants that have already produced fruit- plantation into prepared soil, enriched with organic materials.
From these bulbs, 3 to 4 new plants named “Brolhos” grow and are then carefully selected to be transferred to other greenhouses. This phase usually lasts 4 to 6 months and the plants are cultivated in the “Estufins”, plastic greenhouses.
