1864 Pineapple

Cultivated exclusively in São Miguel Island for more than 150 years inside the traditional wooden and glass greenhouses, the Azorean Pineapple has unique features that result from the techniques used I its culture.
Besides being considered a Product of Designated Origin since 1996, for all of its climate conditions and traditional and sustainable way of growth, the Azorean Pineapple is more aromatic and richer in vitamins, contains less sugar and has a higher percentage of Bromelain, a natural anti-infammatory component.
